You don't have to enable her if she's having an affair.
You can make her staying there uncomfortable and remind her when she complains that she is free to leave. In fact, you'd prefer she leave is she thinks it's OK to chase other men.
In short, it's not OK to stay in your house while you pay for the bills, and she chases other men. If she doesn't believe that it's not right, you could offer to call up some of her family members and ask them what they think.
