Oh, I saw one thing on the list(in almost every catagory) that maybe I didn't do so well and mentioned that. I try to be honest and not just blow my horn. Sometimes I wish I had a pair of rose colored glasses that I could look at me with! lol I tend to be fairly critical of myself. Either way it financially will be better than last year as there was a wage freeze, but now it has been lifted. Yippee!!

Now if I could just be super critical about my house. Somethings I have just let go. Tired of constant battles over the tiniest things. I just need to get the house in shape so we can then all work on the status quo.
