I'm sorry to hear that. I admit I have not followed your sitch since I have been consumed with mine during this time. I don't know I really started detaching once I started dating a little. Wow, the dating discussed in that gagelaw link is WAY more serious dating than what I'm talking about. The dating I'm talking about is fun and casual. I don't even know how or why the STBX would even know about it, and certainly the kids wouldn't know about it. There's a big difference between dating and having a girlfriend.
Dating before the divorce can affect child custody, and property settlement.
Definitely not true in all states. My W started her A in secret while still living together with me and the kids as a family. My lawyer told me that would mean nothing in terms of custody and settlement. It's only "embarrassment" leverage.
My whole custody case revolves around my wife taking my kids around 7 OM. I am told our courts here are very conservative.
