I have found over the past week that Yahoo! seems to assume that gmail is spam, until the address is in the address book. I've had two cases where I almost didn't get emails that were, well, clearly sent! So now I actually have to check the spam box, which I rarely looked at.
Sometimes I send email reminders to myself and Yahoo marks them spam too!
