First, Coach is dead nuts on. Ramp up the GAL.

Second, I implemented a "Drop off parent" agreement with MsR2C. The parent with the kids always drops off for the exchanges. This avoids all the issues assoicated with a "Pickup Parent"....

I make my kids responsible for their phones...They are luxury items anyway. They turn them off when they get to school and turn them on when they leave....
