Wii - I would like to be out for 3 days or so - until the pain and bleeding has stopped. I've just been ordered to stay on soft food for the next 8 days and no Advil. UGH - this is going to be tough.
I think it's too late now...the irreversible damage has already been done.

Yesterday I emailed my Pastor a copy of Kerry's list of "What to say during a colonoscopy" and tonight he stopped me at the door after our service (we have Revival week which means we have a service every night). He's carrying this list around in his suit jacket pocket. He said "to truly appreciate this humour you have to have experienced it!" He had colon cancer three years ago and thanks to a very unwanted colonscopy they found a tumour the size of a fist in his colon. Because they caught it in time, he had surgery and didn't need either Chemo or radiation. So, he's had his share of colonoscopy's since. Tonight, when I left him, he was once again reviewing the list and laughing his butt off . Kerry you've made a man of God very happy!
Tonight was the last night for our church revival week. I skipped it because I figure on the last night they pull out all stops and go for the alter call of all time. I grew up in a church where you didn't even pray out loud when you were alone let alone in a large group of crying and moaning or screaming people. These evangelical alter calls are sometimes a little beyond my tolerance and I know on the last night of revival week, well, I don't want to be there! I love my church but I figured they could handle this without me. Hey, I went through the anointing with oil last night, what more can you ask? So, I went grocery shopping instead. Mmm, I bought black licorice! I think Jesus liked black licorice too...could be wrong though.
