I have never had any interest in getting a tatoo, not even when almost everybody I knew was getting them, and if all it takes to have such an interest is large amounts of drugs and alcohol, then I'd have been the Illustrated Man by my mid 20s.
Never understood the urge to do it. Back when it was 'cool' to have them, I used to say, "I think that fingerprints are incriminating enough".
That's because it's YOUR choice. These poor guys won't even have a chance at choosing, because they will be passed out and taken advantage of.
