I'm eating 2 Banana's a day, mixed with the Shakes.
As far as Carbs go, I'm just not eating that many to be honest. When I do I'm actually making whole grain brown rice or High Fiber cereal.
But most of it is 12 grain Bread. Not really a good carb though. I've been supplementing most of my carbs with salads and raw veggies.
Trying to get all my Vitamin supplements down before the store tonight. I eat alot of fruit with Vitamin C, so I was just wondering what the additional supplement benefits.
