I believe you told me to take Vitamin C and D supplements.

What's the purpose of the additional Vitamin C and D in working out?

I actually take Vit D supplements because of the long a$$ winters up here.

Is it good to take some additional B supplements too?

I'm doing the shakes and I'm eating way more fruit and veggies.

I've noticed a huge difference in my energy levels already.

Anyone else can chime in too.
