The person doing the leaving should have to pay something though. In fact, there should be a mandatory agreement both parties should be required to sign before getting married.
My gosh do I agree with that!
Look at you riding your bikes. Sounds like a good time, IR.
Anxiety today- I'm supposed to get some info on the D stuff.
Next year couldn't come soon enough when I'll really be a free man.

Thanks for checking on me Sol I haven't posted in a few days, it's been busy.
Well I'd extended a settlement offer to STBXW through my L but she never responded within the allotted timeline. So now my L's asking me when I want to move forward with deposing her. On the one hand I want to do it to teach her a lesson because believe me I have a lot of ammo on her...more than she realizes. On the other hand I don't want to stoop to her level. It goes against my personality to be vindictive but she sure takes advantage of it by asking me for $3 bills when I already pay her thousands a month.
Other than that not much new to report.

Improved--seems we've all got to start new threads..
I am sorry to hear she didn't respond by the timeline. How incredibly frustrating. I hope this goes as quickly as possible for you. It seems being the D limbo is almost as bad as being in limbo!
