I'm going to suggest that a good reason to do this is that it's the right thing to do.

I do not enable cheating. I do not condone cheating. I would tell too. I would feel good about doing that even though it would be easier to not do it.

Sometimes doing the right thing is a bit harder than doing the wrong thing.
