So now how do I recover and get the R back on track.
You shouldn't worry about the relationship, seriously whenever I speak to guys on this site about this stuff, that's all I hear, "how do I get the relationship on track again".
Why would that matter if you still have to deal with larger issues like your self-esteem, your insecurity, being totally clueless about your wife, etc.
Don't you agree you have bigger issues to work on?
