My advice? Not that you asked, but here goes. If you can be friends with your Ex ( after all it's been years) Just friends, then there is nothing wrong with that. If you think there is an ulterior motive to her call-change your number.
Me, I had as many guy friends as girlfriends in school. I could work on cars with them, etc. It's a different experience, but a rewarding one. As long as that's all it is. Just friends.
