Had a hearing today, was postponed again due to the fact W's attorney was not present at the time they called our case. I met with my attorney and said lets put an offer together to get this over with. He will prepare it and send it to her attorney tomorrow. I was upbeat and had the attitude of getting finished with this. I did not interact with the W at all. Let the attorney do the work.
I sent a text to W after the hearing asking where I will pick the kids up for tonight? She asked if I wanted her to meet me somewhere? I said nope just take them to the daycare and I will pick them up.
I think I am showing her that I am moving on and want to get this done. It makes me feel better that we are closer to closing this chapter. I want to move on with my life.
