No at this time we do not have a custody agreement, her lawyer never filed the temporary orders, but in Texas it is assumed that you have joint custody, and the law forbids you from keeping school information from either parent, I have this problem now fixed the school called her. Tomorrow I will go to school and get copies of the paperwork she neglected to put me on and take that to my lawyer. It is my understanding that this is a major bo bo on her. She told the school she didnt have my contact information ya right!
