Just off the phone with the lawyer, we are filing a motion for a continuance today, should know this afternoon if its granted. The orders for the court appointed advocate have been setting on the judges desk since 08-17-10 they have not been fined. If that fails we are going to supina my daughter today.

Thanks everyone for checking in last night was pretty rough. I'm not sure why I got so down last night it still happens just not as often as it did. The thing is when this first happened I was sad because of her, now I could care less about her but man I miss my kids, when I have them it makes me so sad to take them back to her.
