I haven't heard anything from W about meeting to "talk"
It's been two weeks now and I'm sure she is finished reading the book. If you recall, she asked me if she should finish readin the book before we talk and I said That would be a good idea.
Here's my choices:
1. Let her bring up R talk when she's ready OR 2. I ask her if she has finished reading the book?
Here's where I'm confused, If I go with option 2 is it pursuing or is it leading at this point.
Does there come a time when pursuing transitions into leading???

No, pursuing anything at this point will not be construed as leading. When she really wants to be with you, she will let you know and you will decide if that's what you want. She still doesn't know what she wants right now, and you can't make those decisions for her. Your decision right now is if you want to continue remaining patient and wait for however long it takes for her to come back or just decide to move on with your life and consider this her loss.
Do not bring up any relationship talk, she will do that if she wants a relationship with you.
