Oh gosh I am so nervous its 8 days until D-Day, the child advocate still has not met with any of us, my two oldest kids were former honer roll students at a private school are both failing, they are not adjusting to public school at all. I have to talk to both of there teachers today, it just seems like every thing is crashing, Im just so nervous, Ive been hiding in my office all morning because I dont want to have to go make sales calls and talk to people.
Text from the letter sent to lawyer this morning:

I talked with D10 and S-7 tonight about there bad grades they told me that mom will not help them with there homework, when they ask her for help she tells them that she's through with school and she's not doing it for them. D10 and S-7 both said she is too busy texting and talking on the phone (most of her conversations are like “your funny, no your funnier he he he") sometimes she will help them when they start crying. Sometimes she sends them to there room. Most of the time she watches TV, text her boyfriends and drinks beer while D-10 & S-7 do their home work.
Last night at S-7's open house his teacher said he must read out loud for 20 minutes every night, S-7 said mom sends him to his room to read and he skips pages and does not read what he is supposed to. I have a parent teacher conference with his teacher today at 12:45 to go in depths with S-7 problems I also have a conference with D-10's math teacher tomorrow 10-7-10 at 8:05.
