D10 called me and told me tonight and said that on D-day grand ma is picking her up from school then as soon as mom gets out of court they are going to corpus. Is the stbex really stupid enough to think we can start a contested at 1:30 pm and be out at 3 so you can drive 10 hours to go to corpus. Then she ask D10 to ask me if I wanted a souvineer from ny where she is going this weekend. Told her no thanks. Didn't have the heart to tell her mom that her plan won't work D10 will have to be in court that day.
