I am very sorry he is still acting like an utter fool. I can understand how you feel. He's not gaining anything but more debt, but in his mind....he thinks he's controlling you. What a waste of your time and the judicial system's time over petty stuff. He really needs to grow up, take ownership of his issues and get on w/his life.
