I will try to stay optimistc because you just never know. Next week though will certainly be a test when we face Indiana @ Indiana .
Tomorrow I get to see the dermatologist. I have had something next to my hairline for several months. It kind of scares me but I promised my Mom I would get it checked out. It only took 2 months to get in to see him. Nothing like being afraid to cause you not to do anything! So in the words of Chucky Finster, of Rugrats, I am a big brave dog.

Big Brave dog is a little scared. They are pretty sure that what I have is skin cancer. I am not telling you guys to scare you but basically to calm myself down. They took a biopsy this morning and regardless will be keeping a close eye on me basically every month for a year.
If it comes back positive, they think it is basil cell skin cancer which is one of the easiest to treat. I have never been a sun worshipper which is good because I am so pale. Good ole Irish in me! Come to think of it, I guess I do have the luck of the Irish.

It could take up to two weeks but they are hoping to know something next week when I get my stitch removed. My cheek is starting to hurt where they gave me the shot.
They said the Dr is really good if noticing it is nothing to worry about. Usually he can just say yes or no. The way he was talking makes me believe that he is pretty sure it is. If it is what he thinks it has a high cure rate. He would have to actual cut it out. I don't know what happens after that.
