Your H's story about the dating website and the apps and his friends and passwords sounds like BS to me. Do you know if he's off the dating website? Sure he changed his #, but that doesn't mean his profile is down. He does know the name of the site so him telling you he doesn't is more lies.
As for MC, maybe you both can sit down and do a search on the internet about what MCs to see. But first he needs to be honest wtih you about the other stuff. Sorr you find yourself here. 5 years without sleeping in the same bedroom and sex every 1-2 months is understandably frustrating, and that is an understatement.
