Ris, there is no "I" because he is sold on wanting a D and is prob referencing that you have to go through the D together. It doesn't matter what he says, the fact is he wants a D.
You could say waht TH recommended. Because right now all you told him was "ok."
Your H could very well have a L so, again, I would advise you to talk to someone (an atty/L) for further information. Protect yourself.
