Hey, Faith.

I saw (and copied for my own use) that EXACT RobX quote. Also W and I in our "nutshell"

You are saying the right words, it's just a matter of TIME until your axctions will match the words. That's the goal, buddy.

BTW, if you don't mind, where in AK are you? Curious. A friend gets up there occasionally and asked "Where?"

How is Facebook coming along? You might find a "venting option" as Sandi suggested.

I read that driving backward thing again. That would be something I would try smile

I'll catch up.

Of course, with Sandi being here, I'll really be nothing more than a cheering section.

You are more than a cheerleader, friend. You an I regardless of who is further along, are both LBH's. You have powerful healing insight and your opinions and comments matter. You've helped me a lot.

Sandi is our equalizer. She gives us the reality of the "other" half of our situation and how they think. She has brought me down off the soap box I was stepping on to and has curbed me from doing additional damage several times. She was at one time clearly on her way to become another WAW and her experience, insight, and advice to all of us is priceless.

Yeah those are powerful words. It's like all 3 books I've read combined and turned into a baseball bat. LOL

I feel those actions now. My problem is procrastiantion. I find myself still sitting and "thinking" of how to do everything, but I stall out and I don't follow through. I am willing myself forward starting today. I have to, it's the only way to recovery. The other night, it hit me that I'm on my own now and I have to do everything from here on for me only. First, step get moving.

I'm in Anchorage. I haven't even checked out FB yet, haven't wanted to yet. I get home and try to spend time with my dogs and try to do less time on comp. I might do it this weekend, but I want to try to accomplish some things this weekend since the past 2 weekends have been just a total loss.

Oh, don't get me wrong, I am soooooo not at the empathy phase with my no-good H at the moment.

I know I let myself go over the last few years, and H uses that as one of his "excuses" for his A, but he certainly packed on the pounds himself! Whatever. Now I'm exercising and looking waaaay better than he does right now.

Well, if you get on FB this weekend, it will increase the odds that someone will buy you a burger at Tommy's Burger Stop or a cup of Kaladi's Coffee.

Just sayin...

Hahaha. Ok.

Never ate at Tommy's before. Drove by it several times, but have yet to try it.

Always have to have my Coffee.

Goes to fish.

Symphony Lake.

Not combat fishing, either.

Ahh enough of pussy footing around and proxie but thanks guys. It was striking me as a bit too convoluted.

It is sad just how easy it is to get a password re-established sometimes.

Faith, a few things. There are no guarentees, the reason you came here might not be what you get when you leave here, but if you do the work, you'll never regret your journey.

"Faith"..."Have Faith" a note my wife scribbled on a piece of paper in a blue spiral notebook on the kitchen counter as she left to go stay with the OM...5 years ago now?

It has been foggy here for the last several days, but the week prior too has been the summer we got cheated of.

Collective Soul was fun at the State Fair, and if you say state fair the guys down in the lower 48 think we are country bumpkins. And...they are kind of right and that is cool, because our commute is MAYBE 15 minutes with traffic if you don't live in the Valley.

When you get off the plane here from a trip outside, you are hit with the fresh air like a slap in the face.

Now about Facebook.

It is a great place for you to join. Divorce Busting has a site there and it has great videos and many other things like FANS, many of the people here are fans, and like any other social network you can get in touch with people with similar interests...or problems. Sometimes they even use the same name or a close version of it.

Being able to get in touch with a someone at around 10 - 11 pm at night when rubbing your dogs heads aren't cutting it, is a life saver at times.

How you feel today, and your plan today, is fine. There are going to be several people here who think I just went soft. The truth is...(to me) that you feel better having a plan, and more than enough examples of people changing their minds later anyway.

Protect your money.

Check me out, easy enough to do, click on my name, read about what...10K posts? (snore)

Bottom line?

I am success, not because I am or am not married, but because of what I became and what I got out of this.

A better man, dad, and friend.

If you want a cup of coffee, I prettty much showed you a path to get it up to you to if you want to walk it.

Oh cool. So a hiker. I use to be in shape for that lol.

I've never fished it but I've heard it's good for Grayling. Way better than combat fishing.

LOL Wow. Hey Jack. Hahaha. I always wondered if somebody on these forums lived here. Yes 10pm - 11pm here is a damn ghost town on these forums.

Yes, this summer has sucked IMO(weather and life). This Fog is getting old, but actually was clear over my house this morning, but foggy on the way to work. Our summer was in Spring and I guess a lttle bit of a taste a week ago. wink

Money was pulled this morning and made an appt with attorney again(been fighting some crud this week).

You have given me the path, I'll look into FB.

Thank you for your offer.
