I lived in the Big W twice...I miss the drive thru Starbucks three blocks from my house! Good thing it didn't go in until 2 months before I moved or I would have been in trouble. wink

Hey Lola. Just checking in on you. So, are you supposed to give him the car, do I have that right??

Oh jeez. LOL. Nothing can ever be simple with them can it? Cuz it's SO difficult to just say, I want/need the car back, I'll get it from your next month.

Ah well the plot thickens. Apparently the SG has changed his mind and decided he wants the car back. I suppose actually having to pay for something that I will keep is too much for him to think of lol. He wants me to "meet him halfway."

Um yeah. Sure. No problem. I lied, told him I would, but can't until February because I have no vacation time left. That way when I get the new car in March, he can get his happy ass on a plane to NY, and get the damned car himself. Of course, until then, I still have a vehicle lmfao!

'M I bad?

Hahahahaha.

I personally would just vote for being blunt.

Because of how things ended, I don't feel any obligation or desire to help you out with this. If you want the car back, you are free to come and get it. But I don't have vacation time right now nor do I want to waste it driving halfway to Texas.

Actually I resent him an email today. Said basically if he wanted the car back earlier that he would have to get his butt on a plane.

It doesn't matter to me either way. My bf has an extra vehicle that he said I am welcome to use if I need to. I still have my brother's car, although the registration on it is dead, so I would probably opt to drive the extra car. (this guy is so damned sweet).

I digress. Yeah, I think he will just have to bite the bullet and get the car himself. Somehow, I don't have a good feeling about meeting him halfway across the country. Seems a little to clandestine for my taste, considering he IS married and all...and I am sure this little side trip would not include the wifey poo.

But wait I have to post this because I was roflmfao when I read this: it was an article about people who get revenge on their exes. Apparently this woman had to give the car back, so she took apart the door and put a marble in it, and put the door back together. It took four months before the mechanic could figure out what the rattling noise was, and when he finally opened the door, there was a note that said "finally found the marble eh???"

OMG I was dying...and thinking...lmfao!!!

HAHAHAHA

I would probably go with something like "did you ever find your marbles?"
