Just back from the lawyers office, we have a trial date 10-14-2010. He told me that my STBEX is behaving badly, but he has no way to know the outcome, but the judge we have is very conservative and he don't think he will be impressed with 4 men in two months meeting my kids. Lawyer said I have a good case, but it will come down to what my oldest D10 wants and the child advocate. Right now I am so nervous I can hardly breathe, I knew this day was coming I have even pushed for it now I am scared. My relationship with my kids rest in the hands of a lawyer I have met 3 times, and a Judge I have never spoken to.
