OK, I'm still not clear on what you might do with a condom by yourself (other than try to make balloon animals) but it if is with yourself then, at least in my mind, that is not cheating.

I recommend the truth. It may be embarrassing to cop to whatever you were up to but I would just her straight out tell her. She might laugh or roll her eyes but it's possible she may be quite relieved too.
After that, if you have no guilt, you offer access to your phone records, you give her your email and computer passwords and tell her she is free to check as she sees fit. Then you ask her what else she might require to satisfy her that you're on the level.
While this is uncomfortable now, perhaps this can be a positive. Maybe this is what you needed to get you two to start working on your issues.
