Half Way There

Checking in - I'm home sick today. Had fever w/chills all night, achy joints, etc. Horrible headache. Had time during the night to have a long, long talk with God about my shortcomings in my Marriage. Asked for forgiveness, and Thy will be done, trying hard to mean it.

Thinking of Eric today, and how his day is going. I'm sure things will all be brighter tomorrow, for all of us. Things may not turn out the way we want them, but they turn out, after all.

I'm so sorry that you're feeling poorly. Nasty stuff going around in my neck of the woods too. Seems it starts earlier and earlier every year.

Please take care of yourself and I hope you're feeling better today.

When I was sick Wed. of last week I had one of those talks with God too. When I felt better it was in more ways than one.

I accept your challenge. I' going to an Arts & Crafts show today, picking up two of my grandsons this afternoon for a weekend with Grandma, and keeping two other grandsons tonight for D24. Ready, set, go.

Grandson #5 just clocked in for the sleep over at Grandma's. Was this supposed to be enjoyment or torture?

The pressure is on. YIKES!!!!!!!! Not sure I can compete with making tents out of blankets hung over chairs in the living room (one of my personal favorite things to do as a child ). Time to go look at the weekend section of the friday paper.................
