As far as no contact, I don't initiate anything right now other than D2 stuff. And, once I have my "path cleared" as far as legal matters, I will build a timeline for what and when she needs to have certain things accomplished and get agreement on the schedule. But I'll have to initiate this and follow up on progress. I won't just wait for her to miss the first deadline.
1-Taxes done and filed 2-refund/credit to account and split 3-truck repaired (her cost) 4-truck traded toward "personal vehicle"(her payment/insurance) 5-revise joint household expense payments (truck gone) 6-due date to remove her stuff from house 7-due date for her bank docs 8-meeting date to begin Sep Agreement meetings 9-Intended date for completion of SA.
And I want to lay out this entire timeline at once.
