Mish I am stealing those suggestions! I haven't done much for my plantar fasciitis, except for not exercising for 2 months! Now that I am back at it, I am going slower instead of rushing and overdoing it. Also, when I can, I take a hot bath after working out and put epsom salts in the tub. Read that on a running website... I hate baths for actually getting clean, but I soaked in it then took a shower.
