If you have to sell the house, start checking the MLS listings for cool little places you might like to own when you move.
Start planning the reno's and how it will lokk. Will it have a garage for your 'man stuff'?

Yeah, I need too...I really need to get out of this place too. I don't think painting is going to help me. I'm still going to paint it though and see how it feels afterward.
