To clarify, this woman was stoic in the sense of seeing reality and doing what needed to be done. She did not indulge in searching for explanations or rationalizations for his behavior. She focused only on what he was doing, the 'why' was irrelevant.

She was definitely NOT stoic in the sense of being dispassionate or lacking in strong feeling. To the contrary, she was PISSED and she was hurt. I don't know whether she displayed that to her WAH.
