I always think that your kids sound so well mannered and nice compared to lots of other teenagers I know.
My kids really are, Romeo. They are very polite and respectful most of the time. It's interesting you would pick up on that because others in day to day life have said the same thing. D13 is especially good at feeling her pain but then moving on. She doesn't hold grudges, she has her cry and then looks for the next good thing. Shortly after the incident re: the CNE trip I heard her in the kitchen whistling, clapping her hands and getting a snack. No pouting or payback, just movin' on. Damn, I wish I knew how to do that.
