At this point you need to have retained legal counsel. How you will do that I don't know but this BS of just using an attny for a hearing or two is getting you nowhere.
I just looked at Craigslist and there are hundreds of ads for roommate situations that are a few hundred dollars less than what your previous apartment would charge you. If you have to ride the bus for two hours then that is what you do.
Are you sure you are using all the resources available to you? I ask because you seemed really unsure about facebook and social media is a terrific place to network. Does your resume "dumb down" your stay at home dad status and really highlight other things? How do you answer the question when they ask about your stay at home dad status?
Start a blog - get on Twitter and Facebook - DO SOMETHING! Will it work? Who knows but it's better than sitting around waiting for the phone to ring!
