Part of me doesn't even want to FSBO over the winter and just wait until spring, but I need to get out of here - for personal and emotional reasons more than anything else - and I don't want to miss any potential buyer, so, FSBO it will be for a while.

Ouch. Sorry to hear it Gardener. Any chance you can rent it out? Even just for a few months to give yourself a break - head west and get some distance from it maybe?
I cannot complain for not receiving from others, that which I've never asked them for.
