Don't worry, I'm considering them both. Wanted to go to Red Rocks but never worked it in on this trip. I remember as a teenager reading that all these great late 60's/early 70's band were playing Red Rocks and this Bronx boy thought, "where/what is this place?!"

Gym this morning. Then lunch with S,31 (the one who himself wound up an LBS and divorced last year) and his new girlfriend. Great time.
Got call-backs from 2 recommended realtors. Set up appointments. May still go For Sale By Owner until Spring, like I was thinking - and as Clinging To Hope confirmed as the way to go right now. We'll see.
Got a call back from a great contractor we've I've used many times in the past. I want to price adding a second closet to MBS (a frequent complaint by viewers). The last time he was here/last time we talked was 2 months pre-bomb in 9/08. He had just finished redoing our main bathroom top to bottom.
He asked about X. I told him. He was flabbergasted. "I can't believe it! You guys were like best friends! You were always together, had just had that great Gardener Blended Family Annual Seashore Vacation! You were going to sell the house in 2012, buy an RV and take off for a year!"
"Yep. Yep. But no more. She's no more. Thank you for your kind words. When can we get together for the estimate?"
First time I've told it to someone who didn't know about it...and it didn't hurt. I didn't relive it. I wasn't the victim. It. Just. Is. Felt kinda good, actually!

GMan, good for you. You know when STBXW sent the movers over to get her furniture and the mover asked me if she was my roommate? lol - I told him, no my ex-wife. He paused for a few seconds and then started talking about his business, he acted kinda unphased...so did I.
