Greek's suggestion of doing one nice thing for your H in his language is a great suggestion. I think you may find that eventually he will return that in your language.

Doing something for him, is really doing something for you and the family. ;-)

To some extent, yes. But remember Doodi ~ doing something for you IS doing something for you. One of the reasons folks lose themselves in a M is b/c they invest all time and energy into spouse and kids, rather than balancing that with time and energy into personal growth. Doodi - remember - you are more than a wife and mother. Those are roles - not your definition or full identity. Reclaim your identity. There is a very good chance H will notice that ... and be ATTRACTED to it.
