If you are climbing Mt Everest, you may not reach the summit, but you will always reach YOUR summit. That is where you find out about YOU. Is the marathon YOUR Mt Everest? I have a great book, 26.2 Marathon Stories. I never wanted to run a marathon until I read this book. I want to go to Everest, meet Purba Tashi and climb to ABC or camp 3. That's my summit.

That sounds a lot like my workout and it's based on Herschel as well.

I have dropped 30 lbs since May without dieting. (I eat less though because I'm not hungry after working up a sweat.) My wife is so much more attracted to me.

The hard part for me is that she really pushed me about my weight after B****ing for years about my workouts. When I stopped, she b****ed about my weight. It was the closest I've ever been to leaving her. In the meantime, she has put on quite a bit of weight.

What bothers me is that she's so shallow. I drop the weight and now I pretty much can't get on Facebook. The chats pop up like crazy. She continues to pack away the cheesecake and tells me how much more attractive I am. The crumbling character not the the expanding waistline is what really turns me off.
