Oh, I knew she was teasing. And she loved doing it, as well as enjoying my obvious attention. Sometimes though, agreeing is the better course of action.
And sometimes, better STILL is using confident, strong male humor:
"Oh please, sure you did. Hey, I NEVER mind the view, but c'mon, I didn't fall off the boat yesterday!"
