I understand how difficult it is to talk to the kids. It sucks in a big way. Especially when you seem to be the only one who really has their best interest at heart.
There are days I would love to just tell mine that Daddy is not the hero they think he is... but what would be the point? They are babies, they have their entire lives to learn what kind of man their father is. I'm hoping the MLC men in our lives pull it out in enough time that the kids never see this part of them. kwim?
You did good not calling the OW. You did good not telling him off while you were angry. You did good in setting and maintaining some boundaries. I'm very proud of you.
It is going to change from here on out. How you interact with him is going to be for the kids... and for you in the future when you look back on how you handled you.
