It's also strange knowing I am on an emotional roller-coaster that goes up and down on a daily basis, but that I show a calm demeanor in front of the W not matter how I am feeling. Sometimes it's like having a split personality.

I did find myself alone in the car the other day and a rock song come on the radio that was popular when I was in HS. I cranked up the tunes and just yelled (sang poorly) with the song at the top of my lungs like I did when I was a kid. Man that felt good. I guess stress builds up more than I thought but moments like that is a nice release valve.
