Wonka- tomorrow I put onthe new duvet cover, Rich, regal red/burgundy.

And pull some more frou-frou glass ornaments in the kitchen nooks.

Some nice, collectible car models is my idea.

And the coffee maker/espresso machine goes front and center. The decorative decanters can go into the back corner now.

Turn this kitchen into A a frikkin St*rbucks with a chef look.

Starting to look at some neutral color, BOLD art to replace some of the flowery stuff. Waiting for the next paycheque.

Nice going on the duvet and other home makeover stuff. I don't know if there is a HomeGoods store in your area, you could get some good cheap art and other items. Pier 1 also is a good choice with low-cost items.

I am sure the ladies here can help with shopping tips on where to find bargains..your female family members could point you in the right direction on fire-sale items in your area. Flea markets and yard sales are good sources for getting stuff on the cheap.

Ahhh...I haven't read the 5 LL's yet. I need to get around to that one soon.

I've been too busy to read lately - but that's a good thing!

Good job on the house! I think it's going to have a huge impact and not just on W but on YOU!

Make sure to put a few new things in the bathroom as well. Every woman knows if you have company, you want the bathroom nice because people are going to be visiting it. :-)
