Holy macaroni batman!! I bought a new lock for my door. Was going to wait to try and change out the locks until a friend that has a clue would be handy. S14 decides let's give it a go. It took about 30 minutes to get the old lock out and another 30 minutes to get the new one undone enough to actually see what we needed to do. The directions say it takes about 30 minutes with just a screwdriver. Wrong!!

Anyway I don't have the right part for my drill to cut the hole bigger. So we had to put the old lock back in. Still didn't get the door knob on the inside back in.
That just took about 2 hours!!! S14 and I don't want to try this again for a bit.
