Wife filed for divorce...Is there still hope?

I did look at the welfare website, but I am not sure about doing that if the courts will look at it bad. I cannot lose my kids, so I have to be very careful. I did not check the pantry today because wife finally bought some food. I need to check with the church for some help Sunday.
