21 years of marriage hanging by a thread

W came home yesterday and was mad kids and I were finishing up supper. She said I could have waited for her. I told her I never know when she will be home and she said I cold have called. I never call her for anything.

Today I just got a call from her asking where all the money was in our old joint checking account? I had created a new account for myself and she just kept using the old one.

When she filed a court order to have me only spend my own money and any marital funds on "just life's necessities" but a judge had not signed it yet, my L told me to take the rest of her funds from the joint account.

She obviously has another account somewhere since she is no longer depositing her paychecks into any accounts I can see. I am paying for mortgage, life insurance, all utility bills, and even groceries. Yes it is coming out of marital funds that she does not have access to but she can't keep socking away her paychecks somewhere else and not paying any bills.

I told her I did that on advice from council after her L's "necessities of life" court order. It's between the L's I said. She said your L doesn't seem to want to answer any questions. Then she slammed the phone down.

I'm thinking this was not a good DB day, but what do I know.
