You have gotten some good advice here. You have to let go! You are blaming your self for your W MLC. That is horse manure.
Yes you may not have been perfect, but her MLC is not on you. That is hers. Let it go. You had nothing to do with it. You didn't break it and you can't fix it.
I know that you know that. You have enough on your plate with what you can control. Focus on that. Forget about those things that you can't control, you are wasting your own head space worrying about it.
