Hey, sorry to be a buzz-killer and bust up the yuks, but John, have you ever discussed with your attorney what the legal ramifications are -- if any -- if you have sex with your wife at this point?

In some jurisdictions, it's tantamount to your permanent approval/forgiveness/for any prior adultery, negating any recourse. She seems to be trying AWFULLY hard.

I was advised not to admit to forgiveness in any MC session or under recorder. That's it.

And as much as I may say here, she really isn't trying that awfully hard to have sex with me. If she was, I would have by now. She's either just playing games or becoming more comfortable with me sexually again. But not the actual act of sex.

Wish me strength everyone - leaving work to pickup S4, drop him at daycare and then head to MC. I've printed out that list i made earlier to make sure I can try and hit all the points I want to in my limited time with the MC.
