Have you considered going to a temp agency? At this point you need to take ANYTHING be it manual labor or admin work.
When it reaches a point of your children not having proper nutrition something has to change.
If your W is not paying court ordered support (check when her first payment is due) then escalate the problem to somebody who will be sure she does. It doesn't sound as if the support is meant to cover more than day to day expenses and she must maintain the home (?).
If she is unwilling to play by the court ordered rules in the home then your attny should be working on the next step to get her OUT of the home. Withholding funds though so her children are regulated to rice is a very serious issue.
