In your honor I tried to get the bold last night and they said they don't brew it into the evening. So I had Venti Americano with cinnamon, nutmeg and 5 sweet n lows. Not big on the spices but $2.15 is much cheaper than the Latte!
As for my sitch. W went to mandatory "Focus on Kids" class for the D. She never said anything last night or this morning so I guess we are still progressing toward the D.

W came home yesterday and was mad kids and I were finishing up supper. She said I could have waited for her. I told her I never know when she will be home and she said I cold have called. I never call her for anything.
Today I just got a call from her asking where all the money was in our old joint checking account? I had created a new account for myself and she just kept using the old one.
When she filed a court order to have me only spend my own money and any marital funds on "just life's necessities" but a judge had not signed it yet, my L told me to take the rest of her funds from the joint account.
She obviously has another account somewhere since she is no longer depositing her paychecks into any accounts I can see. I am paying for mortgage, life insurance, all utility bills, and even groceries. Yes it is coming out of marital funds that she does not have access to but she can't keep socking away her paychecks somewhere else and not paying any bills.
I told her I did that on advice from council after her L's "necessities of life" court order. It's between the L's I said. She said your L doesn't seem to want to answer any questions. Then she slammed the phone down.
I'm thinking this was not a good DB day, but what do I know.

I thought about that since she has been so emotionless around me. That's why I added, "But what do I know."
She is also using our joint credit card. I have my own now but could not cancel that card since it's in two people's name.
The bank will close the joint card out if either party reports it as stolen. I told W that and said for her to get a new credit card in her own name. She hasn't. I have not used that credit card and the bill for it comes overdue on Mon. My name is still on the card and I am liable for all her charges.
Should I report it stolen to get my name off or is that me just being an a$$?

I think you need to do whatever you have to to get your name off of it. Does it have a high credit limit? Did you tell her that you want to cancel it and what was her response?
If she won't cancel with you, I think I would go the stolen or "lost" route te get it closed. You should probably ask you L for advice on this one.
