I have also had a backfire, W told me the other night when I bought her a gift card that it was "insulting" she felt like I was just trying to butter her up to make her want to stay. I think Pin and I are dealing with the same type "of woman" my W wants to prove she can do it on her own. That is why i posted this statement. The difference is that Pin's W still has one foot in the door and my W has both feet running down the street!!!!
